Those wacky US politics

US politics get funnier and funnier all the time.
You remember the Clint Eastwood film American Sniper a couple of years back. It starred Bradley Cooper and others and gave Cooper an Academy award nomination for his portrayal of United States Navy SEAL veteran and sniper Chris Kyle.
Kyle ended up being the top snipers the US military ever had with around 150 kills and a bunch of medals. He was killed in 2013 by a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
So during the DNC convention in his home town of Philadelphia, Cooper was spotted in the crowd with his girlfriend. He wasn’t on stage and unsure if he was interviewed at the convention.
Some Twitter users say they mow plan to boycott Cooper’s future films over his presence at the convention. Another commented that they thought his experience playing Kyle or a US Navy Seal would have rubbed off on him. I guess they didn’t know which side he’s on. [All Navy Seals are Republican?]
To boycott because he is a Democrat [when some thought he wasn’t] is childish and ridiculous.
By now most people do have an idea which side of the isle celebrities prefer [with the majority siding with the Democrats]. Eastwood is a Republican voter. Obviously Cooper is not.
Then let them boycott any movie that had a Democrat for any acting position, producer or director. They won’t see any movies then.
